MIAMI, Florida, Sept. 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Le Comble announced that MOVA Residences by B&B Italia, a branded residential development in Panama City’s Obarrio district, has reached 75% sold during its pre-construction phase.
The sales milestone comes as international interest in branded residences continues to expand beyond hotel-operated properties to developments associated with global fashion, furniture, and design brands.

Le Comble said Panama continues to attract internationally mobile buyers because of its use of the U.S. dollar, financial and logistics infrastructure, residency options tied to qualifying investments, and location connecting North and South America.
The company also cited growing interest in Panama City from entrepreneurs, remote professionals, investors, and second-home buyers seeking access to a major Latin American business center.
Delivery of MOVA Residences is currently projected for 2028.
