WATERFORD, Conn., Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Waterford Hotel Group, LLC & LMD Holding Company, LLC (collectively, “Waterford”) is issuing notice of a data security event that may involve some personal information.

On May 5, 2026, Waterford identified suspicious activity on certain computer systems. Waterford immediately took steps to secure its systems and launched an investigation into the nature and scope of the activity with the assistance of third-party forensic specialists. Through its investigation, Waterford determined that an unknown actor gained access to certain computer systems and was able to view or download certain data.

Upon becoming aware of the unauthorized access, Waterford began a diligent and comprehensive review to determine the precise nature of the information that was impacted, as well as the identity of the individuals to whom the information relates for purposes of providing notice. That process was recently completed, and Waterford is notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. 

The type of personal information stored on the impacted systems varies by individual but may include the following: name, driver’s license number, Social Security number, Passport number, taxpayer ID, financial account information, payment card information, username & password, medical information, and health insurance information.
